It’s Raining, It’s Pouring

We are supposed to have a steady rain all day today. There is a chance of flooding and tornados. 

All the rain reminded me of this verse…

May my teaching drop as the rain, my speech distill as the dew, like gentle rain upon the tender grass, and like showers upon the herb. (Deuteronomy 32:2)

I pray that God’s Word would fall on me like today’s steady, gentle rain and soak into my heart, giving life and refreshment to my soul.
